Delta Air Lines Launches Major Delta One Cabin Refresh
Delta Air Lines will debut its most comprehensive Delta One overhaul in nearly 30 years this fall, starting on transoceanic flights from Los Angeles.

Delta Air Lines announced a sweeping, multi-faceted overhaul of its Delta One product. This is the airline’s largest investment and most holistic cabin refresh in nearly three decades.
Delta will debut the reimagined experience on transoceanic Delta One flights departing Los Angeles International Airport this fall. The offering will then expand throughout the carrier's global network in early 2027.
New premium dining and beverage program launches with global chef collaborations
Delta is working with renowned chefs Simon Hulstone, Norio Ueno, and Jereme Leung to introduce an elevated menu. New items include a Wagyu beef burger, roasted sea bass, braised lamb, beef short rib, and seasonal risotto. A Champagne Taittinger sorbet float will be featured for dessert.
The wine program, developed with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson, is based on evaluations of more than 1,600 bottles. It has been cut from four annual rotations down to two and features 13 premium selections from 11 wineries, including high-end Napa allocations like Silver Oak. Dassai 45 sake will be introduced on services to Tokyo Haneda Airport starting November 3. Over 700 ingredients are used across the new culinary program.
Enhanced service features give passengers greater control and comfort
Passengers can now preselect their entrées up to 18 hours before departure. This is a six-hour extension over previous limits and is the closest pre-order window of any U.S. carrier. On long-haul flights, travelers can also opt to skip the full morning meal service entirely. This allows for maximized uninterrupted rest before a light coffee-and-croissant approach to landing.
Ranjan Goswami said: "This elevated dining and hospitality experience is about raising the bar while giving customers greater control throughout their journey."
Luxury amenities and upgraded suites roll out across fleet through 2027
The refresh includes next-generation Delta One suites for incoming Airbus A350-1000 aircraft, scheduled to join the fleet in early 2027. These suites will feature lie-flat beds more than three inches longer than current versions, 24-inch entertainment screens, wireless charging, and improved storage. Older A330-200 and A330-300 aircraft will receive redesigned interiors with suites featuring privacy doors.
Amenity kits are also getting an upgrade. The winter rollout features Missoni 'Winter Elsewhere' kits launching on November 3, which include Grown Alchemist skincare, Marvis dental products, and a functional wrist strap. A new Missoni Mini pillow will eventually replace the
